I fully understand that scrapbooking equipment (including the die cutting machine, punches and other equipment at the event), may cause injury if not used correctly and carefully. I agree and hold harmless, Royal Scrapbooking Retreats, LLC, its owners and employees for any injuries sustained as a result from the use of the equipment which has been provided for my use during a retreat hosted by Royal Scrapbooking Retreats, LLC. Royal Scrapbooking Retreats, LLC, its owners and employees will be held harmless against any loss, expenses, damages and liabilities in the event of injury or accident that may occur. Royal Scrapbooking Retreats, LLC , its owners and employees will not be held responsible for damages, lost or stolen items. Furthermore, I understand that I may be in photos taken at the retreats hosted by Royal Scrapbooking Retreats, LLC and may be used for publicity. By registering and purchasing a retreat I agree to this disclaimer.
We understand that there are times when unexpected situations arise that are out of your control and you may need to cancel; we will try to work with all our attendees to resolve any issues or move the registration to the next weekend retreat. There are however instances when we are not able to provide a refund or a weekend change. If you need to cancel prior to 60 days before the retreat a $30 cancellation fee will apply. There will be no refunds if you need to cancel within 60 days of the retreat. If you make hotel reservations and need to cancel you are responsible for cancelling with the hotel, Royal Scrapbooking Retreats will not be responsible for any hotel fees. We reserve the right to cancel a weekend retreat and if that happens, we will refund your money.
A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
